Journal of Elizabeth Soule, of her daily life and devotions to the church. She mentions hearing Bishop Hopkins speaking on the 25th of May 1855 (he was the Episcopal Bishop of the Diocese in Vermont). Along with her signature in the journal is her brother's, E.F. Putnam, when he was a student at the Episcopal Seminary in Arlington, Virginia. It appears that he began this journal to record alphabetically themed references to religious meditations. Collection consists of fourteen letters between Emanuel Rohrbaugh to his near aged nephew John Rohrbaugh in Seven Valleys, York. Most of the letters discuss girls, cars, some observations on Le Havre, France, and camp life. Notably, two letters are from a hospital in camp where Emanuel was being treated for a Gastric Ulcer.
