Docket book of Ezekiel Evans of Uwchlan Township, Chester County, Pa. from 1824 to 1839. The bulk of the material in the docket book consists of names of individuals brought before Justice Evans, the judgement of the court, and the amount of the judgement. Includes records of marriages he performed from 1826 to 1839 and loose papers relating to Thomas B. Evans of Chester County.

F.A. Rieker Brewing Company Prohibition beer ledger and cook book, 1924-1926

Scope and Contents Handwritten ledger containing 162 pages of recipes and 31 pages documenting the brewing activities of the F.A. Rieker Brewing Company between May, 1924 and October 1926. The top of the first page of recipes contains the handwritten title "Frank A. Rieker's Tested Recipes for Old Fashioned Dutch Cooking" and many of the recipes that follow are for German dishes. A 20 page section of the ledger focuses on "Chinese Cooking Styles" and a 23 page section provides instruction in creating homemade...
