Abstract
Ledgers contain records of Israel Cooper's business in Columbia, Pa. ‡b Cooper built a log house for William Wright in 1823. Entries in 1825 note costs for building the Conestoga Bridge out of stone. Cooper built the Blue Presbyterian Church in Washington Boro (constructed in 1826 and torn down in 1861), and St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Columbia (in 1828).
