Dr. Aaron C. Porter is Assistant Professor in the Sociology/Anthropology Department and was interviewed by Adam Santasonia. He moved to Lancaster County in 2005. He talks about growing up in Philadelphia, attending Bloomsburg University and being the first in his family to earn a Ph.D. He also talks about the housing discrimination he faced when moving to Lancaster, as well as his perception of race relations and crime in Lancaster.
