Biographical / Historical
Roddy Hall was built in 1953 as a Men's Dormitory. It was originally named for H. Justin Roddy, 1881 and 1896 graduate of the Normal School and taught geography and geology at the Normal School from 1887 to 1887. In 1964 it was rededicated as Gilbert Hall when the new Science Building was built and named for Justin Roddy.
