Scope and Contents
Proposal to remove ESCI 221 (Physical Geology), ESCI 362 (Marine Geology), ESCI 364 (Des. Phys. Oceanography) and ESCI 365 (Dynam. Phys. Ocean) from the Major Field Reqirement and replacing withESCI 369 (Physical Oceanography), ESCI 443 Climate Dynamics), ESCI 468 (Ocean Data Analysis and Presentation) and ESCI 464 (Ocean Ecosystem). Also, 3 new courses would be required: ESCI 342 (Atm. Dyna. I), ESCI 343 Atm. Dyna. II) and ESCI 341 (Atm. Thermo.). The proposal was approved 9 May 2012 and became effective Summer/Fall 2012.
