Scope and Contents
[b]Osburn Hall[/b], was named for Burl Ness Osburn (1932-1962), a professor of Industrial Arts and head of the department. He brought national and state recognition of Millersville’s department of Industrial Arts and wrote five books on industrial arts. In 2002 the building underwent major renovations and was expanded. It houses the Industry and Technology Department and the Eshelman Wood Laboratory, named for Paul W. Eshelman (1947-1972) a professor of industrial arts.
